Ordering
- Login to your account if you are website subscriber or Adventure Rewards Member.
- To add items in your cart, click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase
- To change the quantity of the item, change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column
- To review the items in your cart, click on the ‘Cart’ link, located at the top right of the page
When you are ready to checkout:
- If you have an applicable ‘Promo Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. The total price will be updated with the discount
- Once you are ready to place the order, click on ‘Secure Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review
- Remember to fill in all necessary details and once you have reviewed your order, click on ‘Proceed to Purchase’ then enter your preferred payment method
We currently do not accept international credit cards or transactions. We only accept Australian or New Zealand credit card payments, PayPal and Afterpay. If you are overseas and want to process a transaction for a gift for someone in Australia, please use Paypal as a perferred payment option.
If you did not receive your order confirmation email the order may not have gone through. Please check your spam or junk mail folders, as first time order confirmations can be directed to this mailbox.
Shipping
We ship to all Australian and New Zealand addresses including PO boxes, parcel lockers, regional areas and military locations. We currently do not allow other international locations due to licensing agreements with our partners.
We use an Australia Post suburb and postcode lookup plugin that matches the two fields with the correct coreelated fields. We do this to unsure your packages make it to the intended location.
If this is being rejected during checkout please make sure the postcode and suburb match exactly as per Australia post. You can use this link to check your suburb/postcode combination.
If you haven't received you package please refer to the tracking email for more information on the package location. If the courier mentioned your package has been delivered and you haven't received the package. Please contact us to help locate your package.
If your item was damaged during shipping, please take photos of the package before opening for proof of damage. Please contact us to further investigate the damagages.
Returns
You are entitled to free return shipping if your order is over $99. For all orders under $99 please send back you package using the instructions on our returns page.
All items purchased from our online store must be returned to www.colubmiasporstwear.com.au using the directions on our returns page. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully as t and c's may apply.
Refunds take approximately 3-5 business days to process once we receive the returned package. You will receive automated email confirmations of the package being received and processed accordingly. There may be times of high volumne that will impact the return timeframe.
All exchanges will be processed as full refunds. We suggest you re-purchase the correct item and/or size online in a seperate order. For more information please visit our returns and exchanges page.
Products
All products feature a size chart to help with proper fitting. This can be found next to the product description using one of the tabs to navigate. Please note that Columbia Sportswear has many size variations due to the intended purpose or the product or region sold in.
If you feel a product is faulty or not performing to it's intended purpose, please contact us to lodge a warranty claim.
Currently there are no product recalls, but this may arise. You will only be notified if you have purchased a re-called item.
We currently don’t range the plus sizing at this time. This has been exclusivley ranged at Anaconda.
