Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return policy on goods purchased from our online store. The items must be in new and re-sellable condition, which should include all product tags and packaging. We may refuse items that have signs of use or wear, so please confirm with customer service before sending an item back.
Please be aware that we will not accept any returns that haven’t been packaged properly using suitable shipping satchels or protective boxes. Please do not put the shipping label directly on the box or product itself, this could have your exchange/return denied.
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase; 30 starts from the date of arrival.
- Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags and packaging still intact.
- Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags and shoe boxes. You don't need the clear plastic packaging.
Please note: At this stage our retail stores cannot accept any returns or exchanges for purchases made online.
Adventure Reward Members
All orders over $99 can be returned free of charge within 30 days of your purchase. We provide you with a prepaid post label to cover the return shipping costs. This service is only valid for the original order, not on replacements.
To lodge your return please use the following instructions.
- Please login to your account and navigate to orders to review your past and current orders.
- Locate the "return orders" link under return request column on the right to submit a return. Please fill out all relevant fields to submit the return. In mobile you may need to scroll right on the table to see all the order details.
- Once we receive your request email we will reply with the appropriate instructions to send your item(s) back to us.
All exchanges will be processed as full refunds. When then ask for you to re-purchase the correct item or size online in a new and seperate order.
- Add the correctly sized or colours or products to the cart that you would like to purchase.
- Send the incorrect items or items you wish to return back to us.
- Once the items have reached our warehouse we'll process a full refund with 2-4 days for the original order.
You will receive your refund for an online order as soon as the returned item(s) reach our warehouse, a refund will be processed within 2-4 days. However, banks may require extra time to reach your account. You will be notified by customer service when the refund has been processed.
If an item(s) is sent or received incorrectly we'll gladly replace the order free of charge via express post shipping. We will also include a prepaid Australia post satchel or label with the replacement to send the incorrect item back at no extra charge.
