Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30 day return policy on goods purchased from our online store. Australian online orders over $99 qualify for a free return label. Australian orders $99 and under will need to be sent back using a courier of your choice. All returns need to be lodged using the return procedure below.
To qualify for return items must be in new and re-sellable condition including all product tags and packaging. We may refuse items that have signs of use or wear, so please confirm with customer service before sending an item back.
- Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase; 30 starts from the date of arrival.
- Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags, shoe boxes and packaging still intact.
- If returning an order using your own method(orders $99 and under), please make sure to include your return ID which you will receive via email once lodge using the return procedure below.
Adventure Reward Members
All orders over $99 can be returned free of charge within 30 days of your purchase. We provide you with a prepaid post label to cover the return shipping costs. This service is only valid for the original order, not on replacements.

Please note: Our retail stores cannot accept any returns or exchanges for purchases made online.
All exchanges will be processed as full refunds using the instructions above. When then ask for you to re-purchase the correct item or size online in a new and seperate order.
- Add the correctly sized or colours or products to the cart that you would like to purchase.
- Send the incorrect items or items you wish to return back to us.
- Once the items have reached our warehouse we'll process a full refund with 2-4 days for the original order.
You will receive your refund for an online order as soon as the returned item(s) reach our warehouse, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. However, funds may require extra time to reach your account based on bank policies. You will be notified by our team when the refund has been processed.
If an item(s) is sent or received incorrectly we'll gladly replace the order free of charge via express post shipping. We will also include a prepaid Australia post satchel or label with the replacement to send the incorrect item back at no extra charge.
